Job Summary The QC Chemist – Chemical Analysis is responsible for performing accurate and timely chemical and instrumental analysis of raw materials, packing materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples in accordance with approved specifications, Standard Test Procedures (STPs), pharmacopoeial methods (IP/BP/USP/Ph. Eur.), and current Positive Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). The role ensures product quality, data integrity, and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements (Schedule M, WHO-GMP, and other national/international guidelines as applicable to the plant).

Key Responsibilities

1. Sampling and Testing

- Perform physical and chemical analysis of raw materials, packing materials, in-process samples, finished products,



and stability samples as per approved STPs and pharmacopoeial monographs (IP/BP/USP/Ph. Eur.).
- Carry out wet chemical analysis (titrimetric, gravimetric, volumetric methods) and instrumental analysis using HPLC, GC, UV-Visible spectrophotometer, FTIR, Karl Fischer titrator, dissolution test apparatus, and other QC lab instruments.
- Perform assay, related substances/impurities, dissolution, water content, pH, loss on drying, and other quality parameter testing as specified.
- Collect samples as per approved sampling plans, ensuring sample integrity and chain of custody.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
