Key Responsibilities

● Listen to and evaluate recorded calls based on defined quality parameters.

● Assess process adherence, communication standards, and customer handling.

● Prepare daily/weekly quality audit reports and maintain data in Excel.

● Share feedback through structured mail communication to respective counsellors and team leads.

● Support process orientation and provide actionable suggestions for improvement.

● Participate in calibration sessions to align evaluation standards.

● Coordinate with operations and training teams to drive consistent quality performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
