Role Overview
We are looking for a Quality Control Intern to ensure every product leaving our warehouse is perfect – from design to packaging to delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Check product quality (print, personalization, finishing)
- Verify order accuracy (right product, right label, right customer)
- Review packaging and presentation
- Ensure designers and vendors deliver as per requirements
- Take customer feedback after delivery
- Update order status in CRM / Google Sheets
Who You Are
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets/Excel)
- Patient, honest, and reliable
- Positive communication skills
- Freshers welcome – no prior experience needed
