Role: QA Tester

MySivi is India’s first AI English Tutor, helping users improve their spoken English through real-time AI conversations and instant feedback on grammar, pronunciation, fluency, and confidence. Today, more than 10 crore users have used MySivi to improve their spoken English through real-time conversations with AI.

We’re also building Lovish AI, an AI companion app for meaningful conversations with AI, which has crossed 1M+ downloads in just 4 months.

About the Role

We're looking for a QA Tester who is detail-oriented, curious, and passionate about building reliable products. If you're someone who loves finding bugs, thinks from a user's perspective, and enjoys improving product quality, you'll fit right in.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with the product and engineering teams, test new features, identify issues, and help ensure we ship a smooth and reliable product.

What You'll Do

- Review requirements, user stories, and design documents(Figma, Notion) to understand expected application behavior
- Design, write, and execute detailed manual test cases and test scripts
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, and UI/UX testing across web and/or mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track bugs using a bug-tracking tool
- Reproduce reported issues, verify fixes, and perform regression testing after resolution




- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to clarify requirements and edge cases
- Perform exploratory testing to uncover issues not covered by predefined test cases
- Maintain and update test case repositories and test data
- Validate cross-device and cross-platform compatibility
- Prepare test summary reports and communicate quality status to stakeholders

What we are look

- 1–2 years of experience in manual software testing
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
- Experience writing transparent, structured test cases and test plans
- Basic understanding of client-server architecture, APIs, and databases (SQL knowledge is a plus)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
