Role Overview

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist – Automation to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our web and mobile applications. The candidate will be responsible for both manual and automated testing , creating automation frameworks, identifying defects, and working closely with developers and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing .
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and test suites.
- Identify, document, track, and verify bugs using issue-tracking tools.
- Prepare detailed test cases, test scenarios, test plans, and test reports .
- Execute automated regression testing and analyze test results.
- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or similar platforms.
- Work closely with developers to investigate and resolve defects.
- Participate in requirement and design discussions to identify potential quality issues early.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines where required.
- Ensure applications meet defined quality, functionality, usability, and performance standards .
- Maintain proper QA documentation and testing standards.

Required Skills




- 3–4 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance / Testing .
- Strong understanding of Manual and Automation Testing .
- Hands-on experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or similar .
- Good knowledge of Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or other automation programming languages .
- Experience with API testing and tools such as Postman.
- Good understanding of SQL and database testing .
- Experience with Git/version control .
- Basic understanding of CI/CD and automated test execution .
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, defect life cycle, and QA processes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred
- Experience testing web and mobile applications .
- Experience with Android and iOS testing .
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with tools such as Jira, GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, or similar .
- Exposure to performance testing and cross-browser/device testing.
