Role & responsibilities

1.Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies.

2.Conduct regular audits and inspections of processes, materials, and finished products.





3.Ensure compliance with ISO standards and industry regulations.

4.Analyze quality data and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

5.Work closely with production, procurement, and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.

6.Train staff on quality standards and best practices.

7.Prepare documentation for certifications and client audits.

8.Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

9.Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and accident investigations.

10.Ensure all operations comply with local laws and HSE standards.

11.Organize safety drills, toolbox talks, and training sessions for staff.

12.Maintain and update safety documentation, permits, and logs.

13.Liaise with regulatory bodies during inspections and audits.

14.Promote a strong safety culture across the organization
