About the Role

We are looking for an experienced QA Manager / Assistant Manager to manage QMS, ISO 9001 compliance, audits, CAPA, customer complaints, process control, and quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and improve the QMS & ISO 9001 compliance.

Conduct internal audits and coordinate external/customer audits.

Handle CAPA, RCA, non-conformities, and customer complaints.

Monitor quality KPIs, rejection, rework, wastage, and process losses.

Ensure implementation of SOPs, Work Instructions, and quality standards.

Coordinate with Production, QC, Maintenance, Planning, and other departments.

Drive process improvement, wastage reduction, and quality improvement.

Ensure proper documentation, calibration, and change control.

Lead and manage QA/QC teams.





Candidate Profile

5+ years of relevant QA/QM experience.

Experience in Rotogravure Printing, Versatile Packaging, Shrink Sleeves, BOPP Labels, or similar industries preferred.

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, QMS, CAPA, RCA, audits, and continuous improvement.

B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Printing Technology or related qualification preferred.

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
