Role Description The Quality Control Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves conducting routine quality checks on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include performing laboratory tests and measurements, calibrating instruments and equipment, documenting test results, and preparing quality reports. The executive collaborates closely with production and quality assurance teams to identify deviations, recommend corrective actions,



and support continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing process. The role also includes maintaining quality records, participating in internal audits, and supporting the implementation of quality control procedures and best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret test data, identify trends, and support root cause analysis.
- Hands-on experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, including handling testing equipment, following standard operating procedures, and ensuring safe lab practices.
- Ability to perform Calibration of instruments and measuring devices in accordance with defined standards.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Knowledge of ISO or similar quality management systems and familiarity with audit and documentation practices.
- Attention to detail, robust organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Experience in the solar, electrical, or consumer durable industry is an advantage.
