Position Overview

We are looking for experienced Testing Resources to support an E-Invoice Project . The Tester will be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, reliability, and usability of applications through a combination of manual and automated testing .

The role will work within Agile pods/project teams , collaborating closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Business Users, and other stakeholders. The Tester will perform end-to-end functional, integration, regression, API, and automation testing , while also supporting business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that E-Invoice solutions and related integrations meet business, functional, technical, regulatory, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, prepare, and execute manual and automated test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts .
- Perform end-to-end functional, integration, system, regression, smoke, and sanity testing .
- Validate E-Invoice functionality, workflows, business rules, data flows, and integrations with upstream/downstream systems.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and Business Users to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business teams.
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects using tools such as JIRA .
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and contribute to improving test automation coverage.
- Perform API testing and validate integrations between applications and external/internal systems.
- Validate data and transactions across integrated systems and databases where required.




- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies , including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of new features and enhancements.
- Monitor testing progress, prepare status reports, and highlight defects, dependencies, risks, and potential delivery issues.
- Optimize testing processes, frameworks, and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure testing activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements, quality standards, security guidelines, and organizational risk management frameworks .
- Support production readiness, release validation, and post-deployment verification activities when required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, automation frameworks, and testing practices.

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field .
- 5–10 years of overall experience in software testing, covering manual and/or automation testing.
- Strong hands-on experience in manual and automated testing .
- Proven experience in developing and executing test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios.
- Strong experience in end-to-end functional and integration testing .
- Experience in Core Banking, Digital Banking, and Temenos Transact/T24 environments.
- Good understanding of financial systems, banking processes,



and transaction workflows .
- Understanding of E-Invoicing processes, workflows, business rules, and related tools/integrations .
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments .
- Strong defect management experience using JIRA or equivalent tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Automation & Technical Skills Experience with the following will be highly desirable:
- Selenium / Playwright
- Appium
- API automation using Java or Python
- REST API / Web Services testing
- Cucumber
- Maven
- JUnit / TestNG
- Jenkins / CI-CD pipelines
- SQL/database validation
- API testing tools such as Postman or equivalent
- Git/version control systems

Preferred Certifications
- ISTQB or equivalent software testing certification.
- CSTE or other recognized QA/testing certification is an advantage.
