Role Description The QA Engineer - Consultant role is a part-time, in office position based in Gurugram. The consultant will design, document, and execute test cases to validate the functionality, reliability, and performance of CredFlow AI’s platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing manual testing, web automation, API automation, tracking defects, collaborating with engineering and product teams to reproduce and resolve issues, and ensuring that releases meet quality standards.

The role also involves reviewing requirements and specifications, contributing to test plans, and providing clear, actionable feedback to improve overall product quality.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong skills in Test Execution and Test Cases, including writing clear, structured test scenarios and systematically validating expected outcomes.
- Candidates should possess solid Quality Assurance and Software Testing skills, with the ability to apply QA methodologies and best practices across the development lifecycle.
- Candidates should possess hands-on Manual Testing experience, including functional, regression, integration, and usability testing for web-based or SaaS applications.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript and its application in QA and test automation.
- Hands-on experience with Web Automation using tools/frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar.
- Experience with API Automation and API Testing, including REST APIs, request/response validation, authentication, and automated API test execution.
- Experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts and test suites is preferred.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools, test management platforms, Git, and basic SQL/data validation techniques is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in software QA.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
- Experience testing healthcare, data-heavy, AI-driven, or SaaS products is a plus.
