Role Description The Quality Assurance Analyst is a full-time, remote role responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and consistency of MadSign Media’s digital products, campaigns, and internal tools. This role involves reviewing requirements and specifications, designing and executing manual test cases, and validating that features meet defined acceptance criteria.

The Quality Assurance

Analyst will perform functional, regression, and usability testing, document defects, and work closely with developers, project managers, and marketers to support timely resolution. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining test documentation, monitoring quality control checkpoints,



contributing to continuous improvement of QA processes, and providing clear quality reports and feedback to stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret requirements, identify edge cases, and analyze test results.
- Candidates should possess Quality Assurance and Quality Control skills to design robust test approaches and uphold consistent quality standards.
- Candidates should possess Manual Testing skills and experience creating and executing detailed Test Cases across different platforms and devices.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and clearly document findings.
- Experience with testing web applications, marketing platforms, or digital products, along with familiarity with defect tracking tools, is beneficial.
- A background in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of attention to detail is essential.
