We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst / Software Tester to join our team. This role is open to freshers as well as experienced candidates who are passionate about delivering high-quality software products and eager to learn testing best practices in a real-world environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand software requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans
- Perform manual testing including functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools
- Work closely with developers to verify fixes and ensure issue resolution
- Participate in sprint meetings and QA discussions
- Ensure software quality before release to production
- Prepare basic test reports and status updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts, SDLC & STLC
- Knowledge of manual testing in web and/or mobile applications
- Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
Good to Have
- Exposure to automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
Job Types: Full time, Fresher Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
