Role Overview:

NVAG Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Auditor to monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality standards of business processes and deliverables. The role involves conducting audits, identifying gaps, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving continuous improvement across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct regular quality audits on processes, calls, transactions, or deliverables as per defined quality standards.

· Evaluate performance against established quality parameters and compliance guidelines.

· Identify gaps, errors, and areas of improvement and share detailed audit findings with managers.

· Prepare and maintain quality audit reports, scorecards, and MIS.





· Provide constructive feedback and training to team members to improve performance and quality output.

· Participate in root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

· Support process improvement initiatives and quality enhancement projects.

Coordinate with operations, training, and management teams to drive quality compliance.

Skills Required:

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent attention to detail

· Good communication and presentation skills

· Ability to provide feedback in a professional and constructive manner

· Sound knowledge of quality frameworks, audit processes, and SOPs

· Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and reporting tools

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Qualifications :

· Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline

· Certification in Quality/Auditing (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience :

· 1-3 years of experience in a Quality Auditor or Quality Analyst role

· Experience in Travel industry / BPO / KPO / Operations / Service Industry
