About the Internship

KG CRM Solutions LLP is looking for motivated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst Interns who are interested in building practical experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.

This internship is designed for students, freshers, and aspiring QA professionals who want to gain real-world exposure to the IT industry and understand the software testing lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand project requirements and software functionality.
- Prepare and execute test cases and test scenarios .
- Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, and UI Testing .
- Identify, document, and track software bugs/issues.
- Perform retesting after bugs are fixed.
- Maintain testing documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with developers and team members to resolve issues.
- Participate in daily/weekly project discussions and testing activities.
- Learn and follow standard Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and QA processes.

Requirements
- Students pursuing or recently completed B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc. IT, BBA, or related courses can apply.




- Basic understanding of computers and software applications.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and work in an IT company environment.
- No prior qualified experience required.
