About the Role

Med-Metrix is seeking an experienced Quality Analyst specializing in IPDRG with a strong auditing background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality standards, compliance, coding accuracy, and process improvements through effective audit practices.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IPDRG specialty
- At least 1 year of experience in IPDRG Auditing.
- Certification is mandatory (AHIMA, AAPC, or equivalent recognized certification).
- Strong understanding of IPDRG methodology, coding guidelines, compliance standards, and audit processes.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Ability to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct quality audits of IPDRG coding and related processes.
- Ensure compliance with client, regulatory,



and organizational quality standards.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching based on audit findings.
- Analyze quality metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with operations and training teams to drive continuous quality improvement.
