About the Role

KG CRM Solutions LLP is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated QA Intern who is interested in building a career in Software Quality Assurance and Testing.

The selected candidate will get hands-on exposure to manual testing, test case creation, bug reporting, regression testing, and real-world software projects while working closely with the development and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand project requirements and application workflows.
- Create and execute test cases and test scenarios.
- Perform manual testing of web applications and software products.
- Conduct Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, and UI testing.
- Identify, document, and report bugs with proper reproduction steps.
- Retest applications after bugs are fixed.
- Maintain test cases, bug reports, and testing documentation.
- Work closely with developers to identify and resolve application issues.
- Validate recent features and existing functionality before releases.
- Perform basic compatibility and usability testing.
- Assist the QA team in maintaining testing reports and records.
- Learn and apply software testing best practices.

Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Software Testing concepts.
- Knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
- Understanding of Bug Life Cycle.
- Basic knowledge of writing and executing test cases.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and documentation skills.




- Basic knowledge of JIRA or other bug-tracking tools is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of API testing/Postman or SQL will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools is a plus.

Eligibility
- B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA / B.Sc. IT / Computer Science or related qualification.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with basic knowledge of Software Testing or QA are preferred.
- Candidates must be willing to work onsite from our Mohali, Punjab office.
- Candidates looking specifically for a 3–6 month internship are encouraged to apply.
