We’re looking for a Quality Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru. The main focus of this role is to review work, identify gaps, keep quality records up to date and work with the relevant teams when corrections are needed.

You’ll spend a good part of your day reviewing data and completed work, so the role suits someone who is comfortable working with reports, checking details and following a defined process.

Your regular work will include

- Review completed work and check it against the required standards.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies and missing information.
- Record findings and maintain quality trackers.
- Share quality observations with the relevant team members.
- Follow up on issues that require correction.
- Recheck corrected work before closing the issue.
- Carry out sample checks and routine quality reviews.
- Prepare weekly or monthly quality reports using Excel.
- Monitor recurring errors and bring them to the attention of the team.
- Work with operations and other departments to understand repeated quality problems.
- Help maintain checklists, process documents and quality guidelines.
- Suggest practical changes where a recurring issue can be avoided.
- Take up other quality-related checks and reporting work as required.

You’ll be a good fit if you have

- A Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.




- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
- Experience reviewing data, records or completed work.
- A explicit and methodical approach to checking information.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- The ability to work with different teams and follow up on open issues.
- Previous experience with quality monitoring, audits or process improvement is an advantage.

About the position This is a hands-on role within the quality function. You’ll be expected to identify issues, record them properly and work with the relevant people until they are addressed. The position also gives you exposure to quality reporting, process checks and day-to-day operations.

Salary: ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 per month
