Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru for Qualified CAs, Semi-qualified professionals, Graduates, and Postgraduates seeking exciting articleship opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting audit and assurance engagements, assisting in tax compliance and advisory work, and contributing to accounting, financial reporting, and documentation.

The role involves working closely with seniors and partners on client deliverables,



performing research on accounting and taxation issues, and preparing working papers and reports. Team members will collaborate on client meetings, maintain accurate records, and ensure adherence to professional standards and regulatory requirements. The position offers practical exposure, structured learning, and mentorship in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

- Professional qualifications such as Qualified CA, IPCC/Intermediate (Semi-qualified), or Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and basic direct and indirect tax concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and willingness to learn and use contemporary accounting and audit software.
- Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in teams and interact professionally with clients.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and commitment to timelines, consistent with the firm’s values of fairness, openness, respect, and dependability.
- Articleship or prior internship experience in audit, tax, or accounting will be an added advantage.
