Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare BOQ, estimate quantities, and review BOQs for MEP works.
- Conduct site visits to measure plumbing, HVAC systems, LV/MV panels, electrical installations, fire fighting systems,



and other MEP services.
- Coordinate with clients and suppliers to ensure accurate measurements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing bills of quantity (BOQ) and estimates for construction projects.
- Provide support during site supervision by ensuring compliance with project requirements.
