Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify RA Bills, Subcontractor Bills and Client Bills .
- Quantity take-off, BOQ preparation and rate analysis.
- Measurement and certification of civil works as per drawings and BOQ.
- Prepare BBS, quantity reconciliation and material consumption statements .
- Monitor project quantities, costs and billing progress.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Contractors, Planning and Accounts teams.
- Verify contractor measurements and supporting documents before bill submission.
- Maintain proper records of BOQ, measurements, variations and billing statements .
- Identify quantity variations and cost impacts and report them to management.
- Ensure timely submission and certification of bills.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in high-rise residential / building projects .
- Strong hands-on experience in QS, Billing and Quantity Surveying .
- Good knowledge of Excel, AutoCAD, BOQ and billing software/tools .
- Experience in RCC, finishing and civil works .
- Positive understanding of drawings, measurements and construction quantities.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Candidates available for immediate joining are preferred.
