Role Description The Quality Assurance Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Indore. This role involves designing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure that software products meet defined quality standards and client requirements.

The specialist will perform manual and automated testing, document defects, collaborate with development and product teams, and verify that issues are resolved before release. Daily responsibilities include monitoring quality metrics, participating in reviews, maintaining QA documentation, and supporting continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.



The role requires close coordination with project stakeholders to ensure consistent, reliable, and compliant delivery of software solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Control to design, implement, and execute comprehensive testing processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management to establish, monitor, and improve quality standards, procedures, and documentation across projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Quality Auditing to support compliance, conduct audits, and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal guidelines where applicable.
- Relevant experience in software QA, including manual and automated testing tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in domains such as telecom, healthcare, insurance, financial services, or e-commerce is an advantage.
