Position- QMS Engineer/Management Representative

Qualification- Diploma (Mech),B.tech/M.tech/ or similar relevant fields

Experience- 01 to 06 Years

Location: Ajmer (Rajasthan)

Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Management System (QMS) Implementation & Maintenance

- Maintain and update QMS documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, manuals, and formats.
- Ensure organization-wide compliance and experience in QMS (ISO 9001:2015) and other applicable standards.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, including certification (Certified Internal Auditor) and surveillance audits.
- Candidate must be a certified Internal Auditor
- Have basic knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 * ISO 45001:2018
- Have Audit Experience (External & Internal)

2. Audit & Compliance

- Plan, conduct, and document internal quality audits across departments.
- Track non-conformities, take corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and ensure closure within defined timelines.




- Support external audits by customers, certification bodies, or regulatory agencies.

3. Process Improvement

- Identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements using quality tools (5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA, etc.).
- Monitor KPIs and ensure effective implementation of quality plans and process controls.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives like Kaizen, 5S, and Lean practices.

4. Training & Awareness

- Conduct QMS awareness training for employees across departments.
- Educate teams on standard operating procedures, quality standards, and best practices.

5. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain audit logs, CAPA records, risk assessments, and quality performance reports.
- Prepare monthly QMS performance reports for management review.
- Support Management Review Meetings with data, analysis, and action plans.
