Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced QMS & Customer Audit Engineer/Executive with strong expertise in quality documentation, customer audits and QMS implementation. The role will primarily focus on documentation and audits rather than routine physical inspection.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain complete QMS documentation, SOPs, Work Instructions, Formats, Registers and Quality Records.
- Independently handle customer, internal and certification audits.
- Maintain documentation for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Prepare and maintain CAPA, NCR, RCA, 8D, calibration and traceability records.
- Ensure continuous audit readiness and timely closure of audit observations.
- Coordinate with Production, PPC, Design and Purchase teams for quality documentation.
- Maintain both digital and physical quality records.
Candidate Requirements
* Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or relevant field.
- Experience in QMS documentation and customer audits in a manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge of ISO systems, CAPA, RCA, NCR and 8D.
- Good MS Excel, Word, documentation and communication skills.
- Experience in sheet metal, fabrication, electronics or EMS manufacturing preferred.
Key Requirement: Candidate must be particularly solid in QMS documentation and audit handling, not just physical quality inspection.
