 Coordinate the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of Safran IMS processes.  Ensure the Quality Management System conforms to company requirements, OSR, International standards (AS/EN/ISO), and applicable governmental and regulatory requirements.

 Manage creation, revision, distribution, and archiving management system documentation through IMS/OPR shared point.

 Manage and maintain IMS documentation repositories using SharePoint, IMS/OPR portals, OSR and related ISE Quality web pages.

 Coordinate documentation activities with process owners, process managers, and local process managers via WorkflowGen and formal communication.

 Ensure proper functioning, monitoring, and effectiveness of QMS processes.

 Promote awareness, involvement, and ownership of IMS/OSR processes among all personnel.

 Plan, organize, and monitor internal and external audits (R3P, Flash & system audit as per AS 9100D:2016

 Act as the primary interface with certification bodies and auditors.

 Ensure that all auditors are officially approved, qualified, and authorized to perform audits, and that their authorization remains valid and up to date

 Track audit findings, non-conformities, corrective actions, and effectiveness reviews & closure through ETQ software/QRQC.

 Support site personnel during audits and certification activities.

 Ensure timely closure of non-conformities raised by 2nd and 3rd party audits.





 Plan and coordinate the annual SEPI applicable “process review” and schedule the Management Review Meeting with all SEPI Steering Committee members.

RAM Coordinator

- Support RAM activities related to documentation and record control.
- Coordinate archiving, indexing, and storage of RAM-related documents at Supplier End.
- Ensure availability, traceability, and integrity of RAM documentation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support RAM data and document readiness for audits and reviews.

Job Requirements

 B.Tech / Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering (ME), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), or Electronics & Communication Engineering (E&CE;) or Equivalent  At least 2-5 years of experience in aerospace industry or equivalent in similar position ISO 9001 and AS/EN 9100 standards

 Fluent English speaking and writing

 Qualified Internal Auditor as per AS/EN9100

 Proficiency in quality tools and audit techniques

 Strong leadership skills, capable of gluing and Inspiring a team towards achieving shared goals

 Ability to analyze and synthesize complex data effectively

 Highly organized, capable of multi-tasking and managing tasks effectively

 Proficient in MS Office tools.





 Excellent knowledge in MS Excel
