We are hiring an experienced QC Executive – Diamond Jewellery with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in jewellery quality control.

The candidate will be responsible for inspecting diamond jewellery at different stages of production and ensuring that every finished product meets company quality standards, design specifications, and customer requirements before final dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect diamond and gold jewellery during various stages of production.
- Perform final quality inspection before dispatch.
- Check diamond setting, alignment, matching, and stone security.
- Identify loose, missing, broken, chipped, or improperly set diamonds.
- Inspect polishing, finishing, rhodium plating, and overall appearance.
- Check jewellery for scratches, dents, porosity, cracks, solder marks, sharp edges, and other manufacturing defects.
- Verify ring size, dimensions, thickness, symmetry, and design accuracy.
- Check gross weight, metal weight, stone weight, and product specifications.
- Compare finished jewellery with CAD designs, job cards, samples, or customer requirements.
- Inspect clasps, locks, hinges, earring posts, chains, and other functional components.
- Approve quality-passed jewellery and reject defective pieces.
- Coordinate with setting, polishing, filing, laser, assembly, and production teams for rework.
- Recheck products after correction or repair.
- Maintain QC, rejection, rework, and inspection records.
- Report recurring quality issues to the QC Manager or Production Manager.

Required Skills & Knowledge




- Strong knowledge of diamond jewellery manufacturing.
- Good understanding of diamond setting techniques.
- Knowledge of gold jewellery finishing and polishing standards.
- Ability to identify setting, casting, polishing, and finishing defects.
- Knowledge of diamond shapes, sizes, matching, and basic grading.
- Experience with final jewellery QC.
- Good understanding of jewellery measurements and weight checking.
- Ability to use loupe, microscope, vernier caliper, digital caliper, weighing scale, ring mandrel, and ring size gauges.
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills.

Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Diamond Jewellery Quality Control is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a diamond or fine jewellery manufacturing company is required.
- Experience handling final QC independently will be preferred.
- Export jewellery manufacturing experience will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualification 12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma in Jewellery Manufacturing, Gemology, or related field preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
