About the Role

HayahCare Foods is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control & Quality Documentation Executive to ensure our food products consistently meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in food quality management and documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company quality procedures.
- Maintain quality records, reports, SOPs, and documentation accurately.
- Assist in implementing and monitoring GMP, GHP, HACCP, and other quality systems.
- Coordinate with the production team to resolve quality-related issues.
- Monitor hygiene and sanitation practices within the production facility.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
- Ensure proper product labeling and batch documentation.
- Maintain calibration records and quality inspection logs.




- Assist in handling customer complaints related to product quality and implement corrective actions.

Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Documentation in the Food Manufacturing/FMCG industry
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSSAI regulations, and food safety practices.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in food manufacturing or packaged food industries.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain documentation accurately.
