Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical
Experience:Relevant experience in Quality Control preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspection of incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify defects, deviations, and quality issues and coordinate for corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.
- Perform dimensional and visual inspections using appropriate measuring instruments.
- Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain quality records, checklists, and inspection reports.
- Ensure adherence to company quality procedures and standards.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Mechanical Engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of quality inspection methods and measuring instruments.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with production and engineering teams.
- Knowledge of 5S, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, and basic QC tools will be an advantage.
Candidate Profile
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance / Manufacturing preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality.
- Candidates willing to work in Chikballapur, Karnataka preferred.
Pay: ₹360,000.00 per year
