- Perform chemical, instrumental, and microbiological analysis of raw materials, in-process, finished products, stability and water samples as applicable.
- Handle and operate QC instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, Dissolution, pH meter, KF, analytical balance, etc.
- Perform routine microbiological testing, environmental monitoring, media preparation and related activities.
- Ensure proper calibration, maintenance and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments.
- Prepare reagents, standard solutions and culture media as per approved SOPs.
- Review analytical results and maintain accurate GMP/GLP documentation and laboratory records.
- Support investigation of OOS/OOT, deviations, CAPA and analytical issues.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, SOPs, pharmacopoeial and regulatory requirements.




- Maintain QC laboratory housekeeping, safety and inventory of chemicals, reagents and consumables.

Qualification B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry/Microbiology) / B.Pharm / M.Pharm or equivalent.

Required Experience & Skills

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical QC.
- Hands-on exposure to Chemical, Instrumental and Microbiology QC activities.
- Good knowledge of cGMP, GLP and data integrity.
- Robust analytical, documentation and troubleshooting skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
