Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) certification or other relevant testing certifications will be an added advantage.

Overall Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Experience in managing and executing testing activities for large and complex IT systems implementation projects, preferably involving government agencies in India or overseas.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases covering functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software quality and compliance with defined requirements.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through to successful resolution and closure.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, business analysts, and other cross-functional teams to understand requirements and resolve quality issues.
- Develop and maintain effective test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test documentation.
- Execute test cases and provide clear and accurate test results and reports.
- Adapt testing strategies and approaches based on project requirements and Agile development methodologies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA process.
- Ensure adequate test coverage and adherence to established quality standards and processes.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, testing methodologies, tools,



and emerging trends in software quality assurance.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong proficiency in test case design, test execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
- Positive knowledge of software testing methodologies, including manual and automated testing.
- Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar tools.
- Experience in creating detailed and effective test cases for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good understanding of Agile software development and testing practices.
- Proven ability to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications across different domains.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Experience working on large-scale or complex IT implementation projects will be highly preferred.

Preferred Experience
- Experience working on projects for government departments/agencies or large enterprise environments.
- Exposure to large-scale system implementation, integration, and multi-module applications.
- Relevant professional testing certifications such as ISTQB will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
