Position Description

Job Title: Senior Level Experience: 8+ YearsLocation: BLR/HYD

About the Role: Senior Manual Test Engineer with 8+ years of experience leading end to end quality assurance for Desktop and web applications with Asset Finance domain. Proven track record in designing comprehensive test strategies, executing complex functional and non functional test cases, and identifying critical defects early in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and working closely with developers, and BA.. Good to have a foundation in Selenium WebDriver for automated testing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manul testing
- Analyze business requirements and technical specs to derive test scenarios
- Prepare Test Plans and Test Cases
- Execute functional, regression, smoke, and sanity test cycles
- Defect Management
- Log, track, and verify defects using tools like JIRA, HP ALM
- Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with dev teams for resolution
- Reporting
- Generate test execution reports

- Design, develop, and maintain test scripts using Selenium

- 8+ years of experience in software testing with Asset Finance Domain
- Proficiency in SQL for backend/database validation
- Experience with web application testing
- Experience with API&
- Backend Testing using SoapUI, BCP
- Knowledge of XML/JSON for API level validation
- Experience in functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
