Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the development of high-quality software products for capital markets, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features, manage project timelines, and allocate resources effectively.

- Conduct thorough testing of software applications using various tools such as automated testing frameworks to ensure reliability and performance.

- Develop test plans, test cases, and execute tests to validate the functionality of current releases.

Job Requirements :

- 16-24 years of experience in IT services & consulting with expertise in algorithmic trading, equity trading, fixed income, fx markets.

- Strong understanding of derivatives trading life cycle including trade capture processing, settlements, reconciliations etc. .

- Experience in low latency electronic trading systems architecture design implementation maintenance.
