Roles and Responsibilities :

- Conduct quality control checks on printed circuit boards (PCBs) during manufacturing process to ensure compliance with industry standards.

- Perform PCB repairs, including SMD/SMT placement, soldering, and component level inspections.

- Collaborate with production team to identify and resolve defects or issues related to PCB assembly.

- Develop and maintain documentation for quality control procedures, test plans, and reports.

Job Requirements :

- 0-5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or a related field.

- Solid understanding of surface mount technology (SMT), PCB assembly, PCB soldering, and component selection.

- Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
