Role & responsibilities

- Carry out daily site inspections for civil, structural, MEP, finishing, and interior works.
- Monitor material quality by coordinating with labs for cube tests, steel tests, concrete mix designs, waterproofing checks, etc.
- Inspect workmanship at each stage excavation, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, blockwork, plastering, painting, flooring, etc.
- Verify and approve method statements, bar bending schedules (BBS), and mock-ups before execution.
- Ensure proper calibration of equipment, tools, and testing instruments at site.
- Identify non-conformities (NCRs), report deviations, and ensure timely corrective measures.
- Maintain detailed inspection reports, checklists, and test records for all construction activities.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to close quality issues.
- Ensure handover documentation including test certificates, warranties, and as-built drawings are complete before project closure

Preferred candidate profile Diploma / B.Tech - Civil with 2- 4 Yrs Experience from Real Estate industry
