Key Responsibilities

- Quality Assurance & Control: Oversee daily QA/QC operations, raw material inspection, in-process quality monitoring, and final product release to ensure adherence to customer and global compliance specifications.
- Audit Management: Plan, execute, and lead internal and external audits. Serve as the key contact during client audits and second/third-party regulatory inspections.
- Standard Implementation: Maintain, update, and rigorously enforce quality management systems including FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, GMP+ FSA, and FSSAI.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure end-to-end traceability, maintain accurate quality records, manage SOP updates, and handle non-conformance reports (NCR) with effective Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Actions (CAPA).
- Sanitation & Hygiene: Monitor factory floor sanitation, personal hygiene standards, Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP),



and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on QA/QC experience in food processing, ingredient manufacturing, or hydrocolloid/feed industries.
- Certifications: Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification in FSSC 22000 / ISO 22000 is strongly preferred.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth working knowledge of FSSAI regulations, GMP+ FSA standards, food safety parameters, and laboratory testing procedures.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
