Job Summary At Aditri Tech World, a subsidiary of Apple Cinemas, we are seeking a motivated and experienced QA Team Lead to join our dynamic product development team. As the QA Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes, ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability. You will lead a team of QA engineers, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the overall improvement of the QA strategy.

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and accountability within the team.
- Test Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies for various software products, ensuring thorough coverage across functional, non-functional, and performance testing. Excellent Test Case documentation skills.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product management, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, define testing scope, and ensure product quality from early stages of development.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes, tools, and techniques to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of testing activities.
- Automation: Lead the efforts in test automation, ensuring the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts for various test cases, including regression and smoke testing.
- Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and communicate risks related to product quality, helping to prioritize testing efforts accordingly.
- Defect Tracking: Oversee the identification, documentation, and tracking of defects using appropriate tools, ensuring timely resolution.
- Reporting:



Generate detailed and actionable reports on testing progress, defect metrics, and product quality to stakeholders.
- Training & Development: Support the professional development of the QA team through continuous feedback, training, and performance evaluations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, providing insights and updates on quality metrics and product readiness.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in QA methodologies, processes, and tools.
- Experience working in product-based companies, particularly with software products.
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.).
- Basic understanding in scripting or programming languages (e.g., C#, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
- Experience with API testing, performance testing, and mobile application testing is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Preferred:
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- ISTQB certification or other relevant QA certifications.
