We’re Hiring – Quality Engineer | Textile Industry

Industrial Filters & Fabrics Pvt. Ltd. (IFF) is looking for a Quality Engineer with experience in Non-Woven Fabrics and Filter Bags.

Location: Mangliya, Indore

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Textile or relevant engineering discipline

Key Responsibilities

- Raw Material & Lab Testing – Incoming inspection and testing of fibres, fabrics and other raw materials; laboratory testing of GSM, thickness, strength, permeability and other quality parameters.
- Production Quality Control – Line-wise quality inspection and testing across Carding, Calendering, Stenter, Lamination and Filter Bag production/stitching processes.
- Rejection & Rework Control – Monitor rejection and rework, identify defects, conduct RCA/CAPA and implement corrective actions to improve First-Time-Right quality.
- Team & Operator Quality Training – Manage the Quality team and train operators to conduct self-inspection of their own produced material and identify defects at source.




- Final Inspection & Customer Quality – Conduct final inspection of Non-Woven Fabrics and Filter Bags, ensure customer specifications are met, and handle quality complaints/NCRs.
- Quality Systems & Improvement – Maintain quality records and MIS, manage calibration, support ISO/QMS audits and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile Candidates with practical experience in Textile Quality, Non-Woven Fabrics and/or Filter Bag manufacturing will be preferred.

Hands-on experience with Non-Woven production processes, laboratory testing, production-line inspection, filter bag quality and team handling will be an advantage.
