We are looking for a QA Tester with 1 years of experience in manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Selenium using Java, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of software testing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing of applications to identify defects and ensure quality.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium with Java.
- Prepare and execute test cases based on functional requirements.
- Identify, document, and track defects through the testing lifecycle.
- Perform regression, functional, integration, and system testing.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Maintain testing documentation and provide timely status updates.
- Ensure applications meet quality and business requirements.
Required Skills
- 1 years of experience in Manual Testing and Automation Testing.
- Robust hands-on experience with Selenium and Java.
- Good understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Experience in writing and executing test cases.
- Good defect identification and reporting skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good to Have
- Exposure to BFSI domain Banking, NBFC, or Insurance.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
