Required Skills

- Test automation: Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, TestNG including development, maintenance, and execution of automated test scripts.
- Programming and scripting: Proficiency in Typescript, Java, Python, JavaScript, or a comparable programming language, with the ability to troubleshoot and enhance automation solutions.
- Functional and regression testing: Strong understanding of test design, test case development, end-to-end testing, system integration testing, regression execution, and result validation.
- Defect management: Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps with knowledge of the complete defect lifecycle.
- Contemporary testing practices: Awareness of AI-assisted testing, self-healing automation, codeless testing platforms, risk-based testing, and continuous quality practices.

Analytical and collaboration skills: Strong problem-solving, written and verbal communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
