QA Automation Lead

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad

Experience: 8+ Years

Key Responsibilities

- Lead QA automation strategy and quality assurance initiatives.

- Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks for Web, API, and Mobile testing.

- Evaluate testing tools, frameworks, and quality standards.

- Collaborate with development and customer teams to ensure high-quality releases.

- Review test scripts, automation deliverables, and drive continuous improvement.

Must-Have Skills

- 8+ years of experience in QA Automation and Quality Engineering.

- Robust hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, and Rest Assured.

- Expertise in UI, API, and backend automation testing.

- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Cloud testing (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Performance testing (JMeter/LoadRunner)

- Agile/Scrum methodology

- Test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail)

Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
