- 5+ years of QA/software testing experience
- Strong hands-on Mabl automation experience
- Robust manual testing foundation, including functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing
- Strong analytical skills and ability to validate business calculations against requirements and underlying data
- Solid SQL skills for data validation, creating test data, and troubleshooting
- Hands-on API and backend testing experience
- Experience writing test cases, test scenarios, and documenting test results
- Ability to analyze requirements, identify gaps, and proactively ask clarifying questions
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Financial Services experience is strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
This team is specifically looking for proactive QA engineers who can work independently in a remote environment. Candidates need to be comfortable reaching out to SMEs when requirements are unclear, troubleshooting issues independently, and taking ownership of tickets through closure.
