Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Python Generative AI Developer with 4–5 years of software development experience to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, AI Agents, and modern cloud technologies.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Python, GenAI frameworks, LLM-based applications, scalable backend architectures, and API development. Experience with cloud and DevOps practices will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Generative AI applications using Python.
- Build and optimize LLM-powered applications using LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
- Develop RAG pipelines using vector databases and embedding models.
- Integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and third-party services.
- Work on model evaluation, fine-tuning, performance optimization, and cost optimization.
- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Implement monitoring, logging, observability, and security best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams.
- Stay updated with emerging Generative AI technologies and LLM models.

Required Skills :





- 4–5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, or similar models.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent.
- Robust understanding of Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector Databases, Embeddings, Semantic Search, AI Agents, and Tool Calling.
- Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Git and up-to-date software development practices.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of Docker (Good to Have)
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog.
- Experience deploying AI/ML workloads in production.
- Familiarity with MLOps, LLM observability, AI governance, security, and responsible AI.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade GenAI/LLM applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced engineering setting.
