About the Role:

We are looking for a Purchase Executive with relevant experience in Fire & Security, Electrical, MEP, Engineering, or Construction procurement .

The candidate will be responsible for project material procurement, vendor management, quotations, Purchase Orders, and timely material delivery .

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day purchase and procurement activities for project requirements.

• Procure fire & security, electrical, engineering and project-related materials .

• Source and coordinate with suppliers and vendors .

• Collect, compare and evaluate vendor quotations .

• Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery timelines .

• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) .

• Follow up with vendors for timely material delivery .

• Coordinate with Project, Stores, Accounts and Operations teams .

• Track pending purchase orders and material requirements .

• Maintain purchase records, POs, invoices and vendor documentation .

• Ensure materials meet required quality, quantity, price and delivery timelines .

Requirements





• 1–1.5 years of relevant Purchase/Procurement experience .

• Prior experience in Fire & Security, Electrical, MEP, Engineering or Construction procurement is required .

• Hands-on experience in material procurement and vendor coordination .

• Experience in quotation comparison and vendor negotiation .

• Experience in preparing and managing Purchase Orders .

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.

• Robust communication, negotiation and follow-up skills .

• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and vendors .

• Comfortable working on-site in Kothrud, Pune .
