Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage the procurement process from purchase requisition to payment, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues related to invoicing, inventory management, and logistics.

- Analyze market trends and negotiate prices with vendors to optimize costs without compromising quality.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards throughout the entire purchasing cycle.

Job Requirements :

- 2-7 years of experience in a similar role within the travel & tourism industry.

- Proficiency in SAP P2P (Procure-to-Pay) module or equivalent system.

- Solid understanding of Spanish language is an asset.
