Job Responsibilities

- PPC + Cost Control
- Purchase of all mechanical items
- Costing of all ratings based on accounts figures
- Drawings coordination with design team
- Visit cabinet manufacturers and finalize costing
- Ensure targeted dates are achieved
- Reduce BOM cost based on weekly margins
- Create current vendors for mechanical items
- Handle ISO activities for Purchase
- Manage Lean Audit activities
- Ensure final inspection dates are achieved
- Handle Purchase Requisitions (PR) based on MRP and production plan
- Monitor and control inventory / stock effectively
- Ensure optimum utilization and reuse of stock
- Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives with suppliers
- Prepare and manage production planning based on material availability




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth material flow and production
- Actively participate in ISO-related activities and compliance

Requirements

- Any Graduate
- Experience in Purchase
- Knowledge of MRP / ERP Systems
- Strong coordination & negotiation skills
- Good communication skills
