Urgent Opening for Purchase Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage centralized procurement operations across PAN India café outlets
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for cost optimization and efficiency
- Manage sourcing of raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and consumables at scale
- Build and maintain strong vendor networks across multiple regions
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service level agreements with suppliers
- Ensure timely procurement and uninterrupted supply across all locations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse & operations teams to avoid stock-outs
- Drive standardization of vendors, pricing, and quality across all outlets
- Analyze procurement data, pricing trends, and cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality standards, and audit requirements
- Oversee purchase order (PO) processes, invoicing, and documentation
- Collaborate with finance for budgeting, cost control, and forecasting

Requirements:





- Graduate (MBA in Supply Chain / Operations preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in café / QSR / F&B; industry
- Proven experience in handling centralized or multi-location procurement
- Strong knowledge of food ingredients, packaging materials, and supply chain processes
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and inventory management & advance excel.
- Good understanding of GST, invoicing, and vendor compliance
- Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience managing procurement for multiple outlets across cities
- Strong vendor network within café / QSR / F&B; ecosystem
- Understanding of food safety regulations and quality standards
- Ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced procurement operations
- Strong analytical, planning, and leadership skills

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
