Big Bull E-Rickshaw is looking for a Purchase Manager Cum Admin to join our team in the Esplanade Area of Kolkata. This role is essential for our EV-Scooty and EV-Rickshaw manufacturing operations.

Core Purchase Responsibilities include:

- Handling complete procurement and purchasing activities for manufacturing requirements.

- Sourcing EV components, spare parts, batteries, electrical items, raw materials, and accessories from vendors.

- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.

- Negotiating pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.

- Preparing and managing Purchase Orders (PO), quotations, and procurement documentation.

- Ensuring timely availability of materials to support production and operations.

- Coordinating with Production, Store, Accounts, and Logistics departments for smooth material flow.

- Monitoring inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.

- Conducting vendor evaluation and identifying cost-effective procurement opportunities.

- Tracking market trends, pricing, and new suppliers within the EV industry.





- Ensuring quality standards and timely delivery of purchased materials.

Administration Responsibilities include:

- Supervising general office administration activities.

- Managing office maintenance, utility requirements, and vendor coordination.

- Maintaining administrative records and operational documentation.
- Supporting management in day-to-day administrative operations.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Purchase & Procurement processes.
- Experience in the Automobile / EV / Manufacturing industry preferred.
- Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of EV spare parts and manufacturing materials preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and documentation.
- Robust coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vendors.
