Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Assist in sourcing and procurement of materials as per organizational requirements
- Maintain and update purchase records, vendor databases, and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, follow-ups, and order status updates
- Support in preparing purchase orders and tracking deliveries
- Perform data entry and analysis using MS Excel
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of all procurement-related records
- Collaborate with internal departments for requirement planning and order processing
