We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of materials, products, equipment, and services required for company operations and projects.

The candidate should have good knowledge of vendor development, quotation comparison, negotiation, purchase orders, material procurement, and inventory coordination. Experience in purchasing for fabrication, engineering, construction, or manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day purchase and procurement activities as per company requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Collect and compare quotations from multiple vendors.
- Negotiate price, quality, delivery timelines, payment terms, and other commercial conditions with suppliers.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved requirements.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with the Project, Production, Stores, Engineering, and Accounts teams for procurement requirements.
- Ensure purchased materials meet the required quality and technical specifications.
- Maintain proper records of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, delivery documents, and vendor details.




- Monitor pending purchase orders and follow up regularly with suppliers.
- Support vendor selection based on price, quality, delivery, and reliability.
- Resolve issues related to delayed deliveries, shortages, damaged materials, and incorrect supplies.
- Maintain and update the vendor database and purchase records.
- Coordinate with the Stores team for material receipt and quantity verification.
- Assist in controlling procurement costs and achieving cost savings through effective negotiation.
- Ensure procurement activities are carried out according to company policies and procedures.

Mandatory Requirements
- 27 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement Mandatory.
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
- Good knowledge of vendor development and procurement processes.
- Experience in quotation comparison and price negotiation.
- Valuable knowledge of Purchase Orders (PO), material follow-up, and supplier coordination.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Experience in fabrication, engineering, manufacturing, or construction industry will be an advantage.
