Role & responsibilities

- Procure construction materials, MEP items, finishing materials, equipment, and services as per project requirements.

- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.

- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate for the best commercial terms while maintaining quality standards.

- Prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and contracts.

- Coordinate with project, engineering, store, and accounts teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery.

- Monitor material delivery schedules and resolve supply-related issues.

- Maintain optimal inventory levels and avoid material shortages or excess stock.

- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

- Conduct market research to identify current suppliers, products, and cost-saving opportunities.

- Build long-term relationships with vendors to ensure consistent quality and competitive pricing.
