Hiring: Purchase Executive

Department: Supply Chain / Procurement

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 1–3 Years

Qualification: BE/B.Tech – Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle end-to-end procurement of mechanical/electronic components, tools and services
- Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) using SAP/ERP systems
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality and delivery
- Negotiate with vendors for the best pricing and delivery terms
- Coordinate with Production, Quality and Design teams for timely material availability
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely procurement to prevent shortages
- Maintain supplier records and monitor supplier performance

Key Skills :

- Hands-on experience with SAP or ERP systems




- Knowledge of mechanical/electronic components and engineering drawings
- Robust vendor negotiation and communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic data analysis
- Understanding of procurement processes in manufacturing/engineering

Requirements
- BE/B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 1–3 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement
- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering company preferred
- Strong coordination, negotiation and vendor-management skills

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
